1. Introduction

Welcome to Ururimi SASU ('we,' 'our,' or 'us').

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of our website [https://ururimi.com](https://ururimi.com) and of the SAKIKA app (the 'Services').

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Description of Services

Ururimi SASU provides quotation-based linguistic and professional services (for one-off or recurring orders; per unit, in bundles, all-inclusive, or via subscription), including but not limited to:

Interpreting (or Interpretation) — On-site, remote (by phone or videoconference), or “hybrid” (via the SAKIKA app or any other platform compatible with simultaneous interpretation) interpreting (simultaneous, consecutive, whispered, liaison) with:

Remote or hybrid interpretation packages for bilateral calls (2 participants), meetings (≤ 30 participants), and events (> 30 participants) via the SAKIKA app;

Project-based consulting and recruitment services;

Integrated solutions (services + equipment/application + coordination + audiovisual and/or event production) that can be tailored to client needs.

Generally billed on a daily, half-day, or hourly basis (minimum 2 -hour commitment), with flat-rate surcharges for evening, weekend, or holiday assignments.

Services are subject to availability and may depend on connectivity, supported devices, and user compliance with technical requirements.

Our General Terms and Conditions of Service for Simultaneous and consecutive conference interpretation assignments apply to all interpretation services provided via the SAKIKA app.

Interpreting equipment rental — Rental (directly and/or via our regional partners) of equipment needed or useful for simultaneous interpretation, including:

Translation booth (2 seats, ISO 4043:2016) to ensure optimal sound insulation for interpreters working on site in a conference setting.

Tabletop booth (2 seats) for partial sound insulation of interpreters working on site in a meeting/conference setting.

Booth rental is generally billed on a per-day basis and may entail logistical costs (deployment, transport, installation).

Volume discounts are available (based on the number of days the booths are used).

Mobile translation system (RF) consisting of a transmitter with an external or built-in microphone (to allow the interpreter to translate simultaneously) and receivers (earphones or headphones) for listeners.

Conference interpretation system (IR): wired or wireless equipment for broadcasting simultaneous translations from the interpreters' booth to the headphones of listeners in the conference room. Requires a dedicated technical and logistical control board.

Interpreting systems are generally rented on a daily basis and may entail logistical costs (deployment, transport, installation).

Volume discounts are available (based on number of days of use and number of listeners).

Translation & Localization — Translation of texts produced by and addressing (actors in) the private, public, intergovernmental, and non-profit sectors, for official and institutional communications, web, advertising and marketing, scientific, economic, and technical contents, as well as:

Localization of original or translated texts to suit the sociolinguistic and geocultural variations found in the Caribbean, Americas and Europe;

Additional services such as the creation of glossaries, translation memories, or terminology databases (term bases) according to the project’s requirements and as defined by the client;

Project management and recruitment services;

Pricing is generally based on the level of linguistic, technical, and thematic complexity, the volume of source words to be translated (with a minimum flat rate of 500 words), and the delivery deadline, with volume pricing discounts available.

Audiovisual translation & adaptation — Adaptation (into the original language or multiple languages) of verbal (and sometimes non-verbal) content from audiovisual media (video, audio recordings, voice memos, etc.) through:

Voice-over or dubbing services (male and female voice actors recruited on a project basis for films, series, short clips, etc.);

Subtitling services (monolingual or bilingual; for online broadcasting, theaters, public/private venues, etc.); and

Transcription services (selective or comprehensive; for conference proceedings, interviews, etc.).

Generally billed according to the level of linguistic, technical, and thematic complexity based on the duration of the material to be adapted (with a minimum flat rate of 10 minutes) and according to the delivery deadlines and planned distribution channels, with volume-based degressive pricing available.

Content writing & creation — Structured iteration and production of text and infographic content based on predetermined specifications (defined with the Client and/or its partners) in line with communication goals, target audiences, and media and distribution channels (print/digital/audiovisual/mixed), with the following included by default or as an add-on:

Related services such as proofreading, editing & text optimization, editorial analysis, and brief design;

Separate transcreation services, especially for advertising and marketing.

Generally billed according to the level of linguistic, technical, and thematic complexity based on the volume of content to be produced (with a minimum flat rate of 500 words or 1 page) and depending on the delivery deadlines and planned distribution channels, with volume-based discounts available.

Training & Coaching — Our professional skills development program focuses on building practical, workplace-ready competencies through a structured learning path or personalized guidance. Options include:

Individual or group sessions, either exclusive or open to registration (subject to availability), on-site or remote, using original or fully customized content, with or without a predefined work program.

May include related services such as exam preparation and assessments.

Generally billed per session, at a flat rate, or on a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription basis, individually or collectively, depending on the training and/or coaching package and the number of hours chosen/planned per program or per session.

Research & Marketing — Qualitative and quantitative research services involving the design, management, and/or implementation of social science, population, market, and regional surveys and studies (online, desk-based, on-site) through:

The preparation, coordination, and/or production of interviews and focus groups, questionnaires and surveys, assessments and literature reviews, applications (for grants, scholarships, consultancies, etc.), and technical or strategic advice.

Generally billed per deliverable (report, number of interviews/respondents, etc.) or per hour worked, depending on the deliverable and the deadline.

Project Management & Engineering — The design, management, and/or monitoring and evaluation of transversal and complex projects, whether public, private, or associative, subject or not to bidding, execution, and/or reporting rules for activities conducted and expected deliverables, through:

The application and adaptation of the regulatory, methodological, political, and sector-specific knowledge needed for the smooth administrative, technical, and financial implementation of a cooperation project, business venture, commercial offer, product or service launch, editorial, multilingual, or event-related project.

Generally billed per deliverable or according to the volume of hours selected/required to meet the expected deliverable and deadlines.

Consulting — Technical and strategic advisory services for private or public organizations, provided on an ad hoc or recurring basis, in URURIMI's areas of expertise (language services & training, scientific research, project management, etc.), which may consist of:

Data production and targeted problem solving, analysis and recommendations, or technical and operational support for project implementation;

Evaluating results, producing progress reports, defining and implementing action plans, or supporting training-based change management.

Generally billed per deliverable or per hour, depending on the expected deliverable and the deadline for completion.

4. User Obligations

- You must use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on our Services are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

6. Data Protection

7. Liability

Ururimi SASU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Ururimi SASU is not liable for performance issues caused by user-side connectivity or unsupported browsers/devices.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Caribbean Use Cases

For users located in the Caribbean region, we comply with local data protection regulations and ensure that data transfers are conducted securely and in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in the Joint Commercial Court of Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe, FWI) or amicably settled via the OHADAC Regional Arbitration Center - CARO.
